Hi! I’m Sara Oschlag, a Danish jazz vocalist now resident in the UK. I’ve been singing here since 2000, playing with my band at countless weddings, corporate events, private parties, cruise ships, jazz clubs and more. My regular band consists of myself, sax, guitar and double bass. We find this format ideal to play in the background during drinks receptions and meals. The whole band fits into one vehicle, which keeps expenses down, we don’t hog the car park, and it’s good for the environment. Our sound system is top class, and we can set up or pack up in less than 10 minutes. Because we have no drummer we don’t take up too much floor space. We can always add a drummer if you need a bigger sound. Our repertoire is mostly the great American songbook, jazz and show tunes, plus a healthy selection of bossa novas. I’ve listed our current songs on the repertoire page (click above), but if there’s a song you really love, give us some notice and we can learn it.
